se alle anmeldelserThe class is challenging in a good way and Christie always makes sure every student in class holds the correct posture to avoid injury and for max outcome while offering variations so that we could adjust the intensity of the class ourselves according to our own capacity. The studio is also well-equipped and clean. Would recommend!
